Buns with poppy seeds

  • warm milk – 250 ml.
  • live yeast – 25 gr.
  • sugar – 50 gr.
  • egg – 1 pc.

For the dough:

  • flour – 500 gr.
  • salt – 5 gr.
  • butter – 50 gr.

Filling:

  • ready poppy – 265 gr.

Add yeast to warm milk, grind it finely with your hands. Then add sugar, egg and mix until smooth. Cover with a film or a towel and put in a warm place for 15 minutes.

We prepare the dough:
Add salt to the flour and mix. Pour the steam into the flour and mix. Then add oil at room temperature and knead a soft, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
Knead for about 10 minutes. We put the dough in a bowl, cover it with food film or a towel so that it does not get windy. Put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
Now you need to shake 1 egg with 1 spoon of milk and
grease the buns with them.

We send it to the oven heated to 180° for 25-30 minutes.
