Juicy chops with corn

Very tasty and a good idea for the holiday table)

For chops:

  • chicken fillet 1 pc
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • egg, milk and flour

Sauce: mayonnaise 2 tbsp + mustard in grains 1 tsp.

  • canned corn
  • cheese

Batter: (Eggs + milk + flour + salt, pepper)

Preparation:
Cut the fillet, beat it, season it with spices. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Next, roll in batter, fry until done.
We spread the chops on parchment, grease with sauce, sprinkle with corn and cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes/190C.
