Tender and juicy baked fish

Ingredients:

Hake fish – 1 pc
Onion – 1 pc
Butter – 30 grams
Salt, pepper and seasoning for fish

Preparation:

  1. Foil on a baking sheet;
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, sprinkle on a baking sheet;
  3. Put the fish on the onion, add all the spices;
  4. Cut the butter into cubes and put it on the fish;
  5. Cover the fish with foil;
  6. Heat the oven to 210 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
