Tubes with chicken and cheese

chicken fillet – 350 g.
cheese – 100 g.
onion – 2 pcs.
garlic – 2 pcs
eggs – 2 pcs
pita bread – 1 pc


  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Grate cheese and garlic.
    Add salt and pepper. I don’t advise adding more seasonings, so as not to overpower the creamy taste of the cheese.
  3. Mix everything.
  4. Cut pita bread into wide strips. We put the filling on one edge (1 tbsp. spoon each), grease the other edge with yolk so that the tube does not open.
    We put it on a sheet. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).

Put in a preheated oven to 200 g for 35-40 minutes.
